
从今年3月份以来,遭受亚马逊二审的痛楚的卖家朋友可谓苦不堪言呀。
因此,本文特意整理了相关的解决对策,希望对各位朋友有所帮助。
目前亚马逊审核比较缓慢,大家要耐心等候,一般1个多星期/2个星期左右才得出审核结果都算是正常的了。
在收到了疑似二审的邮箱之后,首先找招商经理确认是否为二审通知。卖家最好自行申述两次以上,并且每次提交材料前先和招商经理进行材料确认,对于没有招商经理的朋友们只能自己正常提交了。
美国站二审所需材料如下(具体根据亚马逊官方发送的文件为准,这里只是列举部分比较需要注意的环节)
A.与后台对应的有效的营业执照;
B.纸质版或电子版地址账单(选择水电煤话网账单任意一种)
主体要为公司或者法人;如果账单主体为第三方,则需要提供相应有效的证明文件(比如租赁合同)
*账单不是发票,带发票字样为抬头的文件一律不予通过
*不能使用信用卡账单或者其他对账单作为代替*账单需要是公共事业单位如国家电网出具的盖章的,物业为主体开具的账单不接受
*已创建Listing的卖家需要提供对应增值税发票
C. 身份证正反面+手持身份证照
D. 公司产品网站
在准备好以上资料后,如果有对接的招商经理,发给招商经理进行确认,确认材料无误后,在后台点击申述按钮进行申诉。
如若申诉失败,与招商经理再次进行沟通,准备材料进行第二次申诉,如若无申诉按钮,或者无路径提交申诉材料,可通过发送申诉邮件(模板可见文章底部)至seller-performance@amazon.com,并附上相关材料。
二次申诉仍然失败的,可以将上述材料、注册邮箱、第一次/第二次申述提交日期,被拒日期发送给招商经理,寻求帮助。
